Read these before anything else, otherwise the gnomes will rape you and steal your socks.

The massive Mako City known as Midgar. There are seven large reactors powering this huge city and a large plate hovering overhead. Though there are seven reactors there are eight sectors. With this said there is a lower and upper part for each sector. Below the large plate exists the slums and above is your normal Sector. Areas not covered can be rp'd in the slum or plate to cover it. RP both slum and non-slum activities for the listed Sectors in that forum.

Kalm town is a small town north of Midgar, peaceful and serene and free of the grimy darkness that constantly envelops Midgar, even during the day. The townspeople once worked in the nearby mine but were put out of work once monsters began using it as a nest.

The vast fields surrounding Midgar are unscathed by the Mako drain. The area is filled with many wild and dangerous creatures, travelers should form groups before making their way through.

The Wide coast to the east is a beautiful site and a great vacation spot. Just watch out for the sea monsters, they tend to get testy.

The old chocobo farm located at the center of the grasslands is home to the largest population of domesticated chocobo on Gaia. People looking to purchase one of these powerful mounts should come here.

Beyond the Chocobo Farm is a large swamp which cannot be crossed by foot. It isn't so much the terrain as what lays in wait within the swamp. A large snake known as the Midgar Zolom resides here and it is impossible to cross from or to the Mythril Cave from this point on foot. One must rent out a Chocobo which can outrun the fourty-foot tall snake.

A large mountain with only one cavern inside just outside of the Zolom Swamp. The mountains divide the country into half. Within the cave that leads out to the Junon Area is filled with monsters of different kinds. None as strong as the Midgar Zolom.

Just outside the Mythril Caves is an open terrain of cliffs and dug up dirt. This stretches out to Fort Condor and to Junon from the Cave. Along the side is a large river that feeds off into the ocean that Junon faces.

Junon, the world's second-largest city, and the only port on the Eastern continent. From Junon it is possible to ride the cargo ship to Costa del Sol on the Western continent.

The chain of islands outside of the East Continent by a small amount. The only thing worthy of mentioning is the small town here.

A wealthy costal town that is the only connection between the western and eastern continents. It is the only true port on the west continent as well. Many wealthy executives have retired here. Currently, the town is in ruins after a zombie invasion. Construction to rebuild the town is being done daily.

A large mountain leading just north of Costa Del Sol. It's the only way to cross over the large river that blocks the quick path to the Gold Saucer and North Corel. The mountain has many monsters, a train and a reactor.

A shanty town built on the edges of the site where the original AVALANCHE were defeated in their first terrorist raid. This town is the remains of a once prosperous city that mined coal. Now they are in ruins and live in small stone huts.

Just outside of North Corel is a lareg desert surrounding the Gold Saucer. Only way into the Gold Saucer is through a air-train inside North Corel. The desert is a dangerous place filled with powerful creatures including the Dune Worm. Beware all ye who enter.

Once home to a major reactor the area suffered a major meltdown and now is all but abandoned. All that remains now is a torn apart city. You can ask anyone and they will tell you the story on how the reactor blew and Shin-Ra blamed it on them.

Just outside of Gongaga and Banola is a large forest that leads out into a wasteland of earth. Many cliffs tower over the forest which has an even stranger forest on top. Be cautious when entering these forests'. Many creatures are capable of Frog Song and can turn you into one of them with ease.

Just outside of Bonola and the Massive Forest is a large wasteland where the Earth is barren from any greenery. Cliffs tower over the area and one cliff in particular still holds a strange Ancient Forest that seems inaccessible by foot.

A windmill-powered pilgrimage site for those who have an interest in the "Study of Planet Life" philosophy. One of the Leonine tribes descend from this area. One can find many great wanders from here and even learn about their own past.

As the wasteland ends a river cuts across the land to an open field of grass and a small back-water town in the distance. Behind that town is a series of mountains that scratch the sky.

A small town in the mountains. Farther up the mountains there is a major experimental Mako Reactor. It is also the site of Shin-ra mansion which holds many secrets about the company. Only Shin-Ra personnel can access the mansion or know how to.

A large mountain surrounding Nibelheim that leads out to Rocket Town. There is a Reactor here and many monsters surrounding it. The Reactor here has many Shin-Ra secrets in it and is well guarded by Sentry units. Access beyond Shin-Ra personnel is not permitted.

Rocket town is home to man's first attempt at spaceflight. It is also home to the most advanced research into technology outside of Shin-ra itself.

This large strip of land that disconnects itself from the West Continent is home to many things, one of which is Wutai. There are many caverns and large open areas here that make the travel to Wutai difficult. One needs a boat or air-ship to get to Wutai.

An archaeologists dream, location of a major excavation site and home to many a famous historian and archaeologist.
Sleeping Forest

A great forest of rare glowing trees only found in one other place on Gaia. One cannot pass through the forest normally, there is an Enchantment that causes one to move in circles. One has to wake the forest to progress any further.

The quiet, mysterious capitol of the Cetra civilization. Long since abandoned and filled with wondrous treasure and powerful creatures.

Just outside the Forgotten Capital is a large path stretching out, into a cave and out the other side into a snowy field. The field stretches out two Modeoheim and the Icicle Inn.

An abandoned city just outside the Icicle Inn. This large resort town had many things including a spa. It was built by Shin-Ra with a Reactor and everything only for it to fall due people just sort of leaving. Now only monsters live here.

A snowy lodge in the mountains famous for its skiing and snowboarding slopes. This was the home village of the renowned Professor Gast.

A large snowy iceland with many caves and catacombs. It starts as the snowboarding trail ends. Deep into it is a hut of an old mountain climber who will assist any who are willing to climb the large mountain leading into the Norther Crater.

A massive concentration of Lifestream energy permeates this place, great crystals and huge Materia can be found here. Along with the remains of a crater created many years ago.
