Apocalypse (Lv4)
|
Appearance: Moogles are short, really short. None usually exceed three feet, although there was once a Moogle rumored to be three feet and four inches.... but none know if that's true. Moogles vary in color but it is always near white or beige. Most of them are just pure white, well their fur is anyways. No one knows what the skin of Moogles look like under their fur. Moogles have small purple wings on their back that resemble bat wings and they have a pom-pom like structure sticking out from their forehead. On top of the fur they have on their body, some Moogles do have hair similar to humans and it can be in various styles. That brings me to another rumored Moogle known as "The Afro Blade" who was rumored to have take down a fleet of monsters with his blade skills alone and flaunted his beautifully grown Afro. But, this is just a rumor amongst the Moogles of course. Personality: Moogles are curious creatures by nature. Because of this they tend to get into machinery and learn the aspects of it. Moogles usually aren't fond of violence and are timid. It is because of this that they usually live in trees and caves to avoid contact of the war-mongering Humans. It wasn't until recently that a small number of Moogles began to show themselves to the world and live inside cities with other people. Although, these Moogles are rare and seeing one for a Human is considered lucky. Background: Moogles have always lived alone in solitude. Their curious and adaptive minds allowed them to live semi-civilized lives in Forests and Caves. They are timid creatures so when Humans or creatures that are high on the evolution chain entered, they would hide in fear. Because of this, Moogles became nothing more than a myth used in stories and video games. It wasn't an official outrage about them until a small tribe of Moogles went to war with a band of Goblins due to territory reasons. These Moogles were forced out of their homes and roamed the lands looking for food. They knew not of the language of man until recently, mainly from listening to people talk. Moogles are great at adapting and learning, so this task was nothing for them. Some Moogles from this group went to the areas other small tribes of Moogles lived in and taught them all they learned. Others remain in the mainland with Humans... but because there are only a small number of Moogles who actually show themselves to Humans. They are still thought to not exist. Traits: Flight Description: Due to the wings on their back, Moogles can fly at all times. This does not allow them to fly at great heights like a bird for their flight is not as advanced as that. They can get 10 feet off the ground or water at max. Flying is also tiring and cannot be sustained for a long period of time. Requirements: Moogle Effect: Can achieve basic flight Cost: None Machine Savvy Description: Due to the natural curiosity that all Moogles share, they tend to be better at machines than others. This gives them a natural advantage and understanding about machines compared to most. Requirements: Moogle Effect: +10 to Machine Operation Cost: None Tiny Limbs Descriptions: Due to Moogles having tiny body parts, they cannot use normal machines made for Humans like Vehicles. They have to get it custom made. This goes for regular guns and whatnot. If someone were to hand a moogle a gun made for a Human, they'd have a hard time using it. Basically, everything a moogle owns is made for a Moogle and cannot be used by a Human. This works the other way around as well. Requirements: Moogle Effect: Everything a Moogle owns is made for a Moogle and cannot be used by a Human. This works the other way around as well. Cost: None Unique Abilities: Sustained Flight Description: With this ability, flight becomes easier on the Moogles body. Moogles with this ability tend to be thinner than others and their wings seem slightly larger, but hardly noticeable. This ability allows them to fly twice as high during a fight and for as long as they want. Outside of battles, Moogles can fly as high as they can so long as they are focusing purely on flight. Requirements: Moogle; 20 Agility Effect: Stated above Cost: None Equip Heavy Armor Description: Despite their tiny body, this ability would allow a Moogle to effectively wield Heavy armor that would normally hinder their very movement. Requirements: 20 Strength 20 Endurance Effect: Allows Moogles to wear Heavy Armor with at half the weight penalty. Cost: None Fly Fighting Description: Having a good amount of experience in flying, a Moogle can now fight while flying. Requirements: Moogle; 30 Agility Effect: Moogles can now fight while in flight. Cost: None Edited by Bag o Bones, Jan 2 2009, 11:57 PM.
