Apocalypse (Lv4)
|
Appearance: Many Sephiroth clones fully take on the appearance of Sephiroth. The less their body can resist the cells, the more they begin to look like him. However, this is not always the case. Many clones keep their original appearance, but it is usually the 'failed' Sephiroth clones described below. However, it is not uncommon for even failed clones to gain the eyes of Mako that SOLDIER is known for having. Personality: All Sephiroth clones are slightly insane. They always have something to say about a "Reunion" or utter things about "Mother" and "JENOVA". It comes out at jargon to others. If you ask what a Sephiroth clone what they mean by it, they couldn't tell you. They just understand, like someone is whispering the meaning to them without words. Sephrioth clones are also rather violent and have a natural hate to Genesis clones and Angeal Clones... not to mention Humans. Sephiroth Clones especially hate Humans. Background: Much like Angeal, Sephiroth was born of a woman who had Jenova Cells injected into her. The method was slightly different but that's details only Hojo and Genesis knows about. Unlike Angeal though, Sephiroth was perfect and did not age rapidly at all. Thus, Sephiroth became the first SOLDIER. Although upon finding the truth of his creation Sephiroth went mad due to Genesis' influence. Sephiroth was pronounced dead but his clones still roam the Earth, most monitored by Hojo as a strange experiment. There are two types of Sephiroth Clones. Failed and Successful clones. However, this definition is held to the one who defined it; Hojo. A Successful Sephiroth clone is someone who did not retain any of their personality, ego or memories after the experiment. They are literally a being that simply exists with only fractures of who they once were. Every survivor of the Nibelheim incident was turned into a Sephiroth Clone. However, a failed Sephiroth Clone is one who absorbed the cells perfectly. This essentially put them through the same process as SOLDIER, making them far stronger than they should be. Hojo marked these as failures. Zack Fair became a failed Sephiroth Clone where as Cloud was a successful one (Cloud copied the memories of Zack and later the memories Tifa had of himself, merging the two together retaining even more fragments of who he was.) Traits: Godly Boost Description: Sephiroth clones, unlike Angeal and Genesis Clones, are perfect. Their body gets a natural boost in every area the other two clones did. Requirements: Sephiroth Clone Effect: +15 to Strength, Endurance and Speed Cost: None Insanity Description: Sephiroth Clones are... well nuts. They always have something to say about a Reunion, Mother or even JENOVA. No one outside of the Shin-Ra science department or select members in the Turks know what they are talking about. So they always come off as crazy to everyone else. Because of this, Sephiroth Clones cannot land a Job anywhere. It sounds odd, but they just can't. They are far too violent and crazy to get hired. Most shops wont sell items to Sephiroth clones either and will immediately ask them to leave. Requirements: Sephiroth Clone Effect: Unable to use the Job system or gain money normal ways. Shops wont sell to a Sephiroth Clone. Shops that TRADE for items will however trade with Sephiroth clones if at all possible. You may quest for the things you are searching for if you need it rather than buy it. Cost: None Technology Ignorant Description: Because of the brain malfunction of the Sephiroth clones, they tend to be unable to operate advanced machinery like Robots or Aircrafts well. They utilize basic vehicles, but anything beyond that is not something they can grasp. Requirements: Sephiroth Clone Effect: Unable to use Robots, Advanced Vehicles, Cyborg parts or anything beyond basic technology (Guns, Basic vehicles, etc.) Cost: None One Winged Angel Description: Unlike Genesis Clones, Sephiroth Clones have a single black wing that protrude from the right shoulder. This wing only shows when they are using a Limit break. This wing allows them flight during that time and vanishes the post after the limit break is used. Requirements: Sephiroth Clone Effect: Sprouts a Black Wind from the right shoulder during Limit Breaks. Vanishes post after the Limit Break ends. Cost: None Unique Abilities: Quest for Dominance Description: Due to the determination of some Sephiroth clones, they are able to find what they are looking for much easier. Be it that they killed everyone in sight to find it... or they tortured a single individual. Doesn't matter, they just get what they want and slightly faster than the rest. Usually they sit back, wait for someone else to get it and take it from them. At least, Sephiroth did it that way. Requirements: 200 HP Effect: Lowers the requirements of Quests by 10%. (EX: If you need 70 paragraphs to get it, it is lowered by 7 making it 63). Cost: None Resistant to Insanity Description: With a strong mental will, a Sephiroth Clone can resist the call of Sephiroth, allowing them to act sane...er. This ability nulls out the Insanity and Technology Ignorant Traits. Do not remove them from the sheet, this ability just acts as a void to them, stating that they no longer apply. However, if this ability were locked or forgotten by any means, the traits would no longer be void. Requirements: 70 Spirit 50 Int; Be a Sephiroth Clone Effect: Nulls out Technology Ignorant and Insanity Traits for Sephiroth Clones Cost: None Mother's Blessing Description: Sephiroth Clones have a unique ability to mimic or copy peoples memories. Most cannot control this power. However, many who have become 'failed' Sephiroth Clones can read the memories of others, gaining some form of control over their powers. Requirements: 100 Spirit 80 Int; Be a Sephiroth Clone; Know "Resistant to Insanity" Effect: Able to read people's memories. This is not ESP, you cannot read their mind. But anything that happened to them in their previous threads, your character can read and learn. You must do this by coming in contact with the person. This can be resisted if their Spirit is higher than yours. Cost: None Edited by Cloud, Sep 11 2009, 01:00 PM.
