 Ok, everyone. It's the holiday season, and we in the staff have an announcement to make.

We've increased the amount of Gil one earns in a thread for doing missions and jobs, and lowered the paragraph requirement needed when questing for items. Hopefully, this should alleviate some of the expense problems that we've been hearing about. If you want to know, check out the grading scale in the FT forum, or just keep reading.

Gil Earning Threads.
There are two types of Gil earning threads. In one type of thread, you gain both Gil and Stats for your thread, In the second type, you only gain Gil, but you gain much more of it.

Gil and Stat threads

Total Gil = (Paragraph Count (every 5 lines) + Grade) x 10

Gil alone threads

Total Gil = (Paragraph Count (every 5 lines) + Grade) x 15

Item Quests

1. Items get approved in the Request section. With that, they have a price assigned.
2. Value of Item/20 = Number of paragraphs needed to get the item.


That's the new system there.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!

If you have done any sort of thread where you obtained money under our old system, you get a refund!

In this topic, if you post a link to every finished topic that you've had where you have earned money up to this point, your friendly-ish staff will give you a refund of 100 gil per thread. So if you've done 3 job or missions already, you just gained an extra 300 gil.

I'll use mine as an example, and to start things off.
