"So this Turk wants me to hunt the clones of Genesis, Angeal, and Sephiroth for Shinra?" Lilica asked just to make sure. Shiori nodded still wondering why her daughter didn't react to this mind boggling news that she was a clone herself. Takaya was nearby watching and humming to himself. "Lilica sweetheart...think this over ok? You'd be killing a lot of people." Gendo said looking at his daughter with the sternest look he could muster. "I understand that. But these clones are dangerous right?" She asked looking at Takaya for an answer. "Most of them yes. Mostly the Sephiroth clones though and you occational Genesis clone....." Shiori shot him alook and turned back to Lilica. "You'd be killing innocent people..." The girl seemed to think about it for a split second before she responded. "All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages. As You Like It Act 2, scene 7." That was all she said before she stood up, and walked to Takaya. "When do I leave?" He tossed his toothpick away and smiled. "In two days, I have a few things to take care of first before we can leave." She simply nodded and went up to her room. Gendo sat down and glared at Takaya. "You little bastard...Your tricking my daughter into being Shinra's attack dog!" "Look, I didnt do a damn thing, she obviously wants to come. I didnt hold a gun to your head or hers she made a choice....Live with it." Gendo almost attacked the Turk right then but Shiori spoke up. "Gendo, stop it. He's right Lili made this choice herself, we cannot stop her from living her life as she sees fit..." Gendo seemed older for a moment before nodding. "If it makes you feel better her cooperation is gonna benefit everyone...she upholding justice." "What does shinra know of justice or you?! What does a kid like you know of it huh?!" "I know what justice is...I don't care what the company belives, I have my own belife on justice..." Came Takaya's retort, all the silliness he'd displayed before had vanished. Gendo wondered what his daughter had gotten herself into... |
